We love—and cannot stop talking about—one of emblm’s newer partner brands, NYC-based Quincy. Friends Halli and Shelby started Quincy out of a love of not just martinis, but also a deep appreciation of hosting and gathering their friends and family over a great cocktail. When they set out to perfect the dirty martini, they were discouraged by their options. It was either a jar of olives with minimal brine or over-salted and expensive brine with the olives.
