I have a small order, is that okay?

Sometimes, yes. We offer a variety of items that have a minimum quantity of 1 to items that require you order much more to meet the minimum.

I received more/less than I ordered. Why?

Almost all items are subject to a 10% overrun or underrun to account for production errors. You will be billed accordingly according to what was shipped. If you require an exact quantity, please let us know.

Can I use my own shipper account?

Yes! We encourage our customers to take advantage of their own corporate shipping accounts. Send us your Fedex/UPS account numbers whenever possible.

What payment options are available?

emblm accepts payment via ACH, Check and Credit Card. We offer payment terms, NET 15 for clients who order over $20,000 in a calendar year. All new clients are required to prepay for their initial order(s).

What type or artwork files are needed?

In order to produce the best product, we need a high resolution image at 300 dpi or we need a vector file.

I need design help, do you do that?

Yes! We offer graphic design services at $75 per hour.

What is a setup / plate charge?

For most items, there will be a setup fee, which covers the cost to setup a machine with your custom artwork.Occasionally on reorders, these fees can be waived.

I am looking for something totally custom, is that possible?
